Reborn dolls are durable yet may not be best suited for a young child; of course it depends on the maturity of the child that will play with the doll. Sometimes supervision may be needed to ensure the reborn is being handled with care. ON rare occasion a limb can be pulled out or a head come off! YIKES!!!! WE don't want any traumatized children So good to have a cable tie on hand .

This is very important part of taking care of your doll as is not pulling on limbs or moving them in position not natural, like while dressing. If too much stress is placed on the thin cable ties can eventually weaken/stretch/loosen over time and no longer hold limbs as well. Parents can easily learn how to re attach doll limbs, and buy some of the thin cable ties from a doll supply company like Bountiful Babies website or me. Good in case of an emergency!  I also have a video on my Facebook on how to attach a limb. I love to sell for children but can not be responsible for the wear and tear of the dolls. I do offer a  pack of special "doll" cable ties which can be purchased with your new baby!

Sunlight and heat can damage the color  on the vinyl and glue on the dolls lashes , mohair, and magnetic pacifier, .  

INK CAN easily  bleed onto a vinyl doll, as well as dye from clothing not washed.

It only takes a moment for a furry friend to destroy a reborn baby doll!.

It is ok to lightly wipe down the vinyl with warm water with mild dish detergent when needed.
