I ship babies within 2 business days of paymnt and supply tracking information as soon as I receive

I can’t guarantee shipping arrival date. I have found my best shipping service to be through FedX. Usually all goes well. However, when I ship from the East Coast all the way to the west it can take up to 7 business days. Local is only a day or two. I give the estimated date of arrival that FedEx or USPS gives me, however sometimes there are delays on their end. I cannot be responsible for a doll not arriving on time as the shipping process is out of my hands. Christmas poses more problems for shipping delays so I prefer to ship dolls two weeks before Christmas. If you have any concerns with shipping or delays please contact FedEx or USPS directly as shipping process is out of my control and they will be able to help wirh your questions whereas I will not have details regarding your shipment

To make sure your baby doll gets to you safely, Silicone dolls will need to be picked up and signed for at customers local FedX location or USPS.
